Photography

By attending this event, you acknowledge that images may be captured during the event using photography and video, and that unless you request otherwise these images may be used by to promote the event in future, or provided to the media for publication.

Children

Children must be accompanied at all times, as Now Play This and Somerset House cannot take responsibility for those children.

Adults are also reminded that some of the games at this festival include content which is not appropriate for children. They are asked to ensure that children in their care don’t take part in games or workshops marked as unsuitable for their age group.

Harassment

Now Play This and Somerset House are dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the festival at the discretion of the organisers.

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. You can do this by:

  • Contacting a staff member.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: Personal verbal comments that relate to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following. Harassing photography or recording. Sustained disruption of talks or other events. Inappropriate physical contact. Unwelcome sexual attention. Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, we retain the right to take any actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the festival.
